No wacky stories yet. We didn't have time to do stuff... getting up at 05:30 and going to bed at 22:00. No free time, nothing. But that's only in the first 2-3 weeks.
The dudes in my battle-group are all pretty cool and we get a long well. The only thing that sucks, is that we are in the first battalion... so we kinda have to be the go-getters and the "prestige" for the whole regiment. We have a good instructor (drill Sargent) but the first 3 days were hard as fuck.

I hope he won't fly here just to give me a hard time but this guy sorta reminds me of SPACERITUAL. Or of how I imagine he'd be if he were not a beer.

Good luck, Schlatte!

My friend in Norway filmed this during his service...he said his time in the military was split between this kinda stuff, freezing his ass off outside and not being able to poop because of the MREs.

i thought "exciting times" stopped appearing in the same sentence as "Norwegian Army" sometime around May of 1945.

The resemblance is uncanny. Also SR isnt a beer. Hes a trans-dimensional being trapped in an earthly shell. Im just his roommate. Im also a beer.

Got off work, went skating downtown for a bit.
