Everything is relative, and I'm not sure holistic medicine has made any attempt to tackle my bipolar.
Something tells me, "eat more greens" wont really do the trick. I'll stick to pills.

honestly
ive been there done that
seems kind of novel at first
like, whoa trumpet, thats so odd and cool
but it gets fuckin annoying
and the drunker the worse the trumpet playing
and an idiot to boot?
i think you answered youre own question
crachkeads,pregnant junkies,evil girlfriends,blahblahblah
fucking trumpet
no way jose
lol, I imagined this would be the response. But to be fair, I've only run into the guy at this one bar, so the whole dumb drunk seems explainable (and John, I'm not a big guy, but I probably could beat him up) and would going to meet up with him otherwise before deciding to move in. Also, other people live in the house, so I know he doesn't play late into the night.
Seriously, the location and price are enough to put up with a shitty roommate, ESPECIALLY since I live with two super stuck up, shitty party-hating roommates now. I mean, my parents, but yeah.

Ive heard those almos exact words many times and have explained my theories and research each time with negative response. Ive learbed from those conversations. Until the individual truely wants a change or alternative and theyre willing to accept other possiblities and actually DO and follow through with it over an extended time, theyll never know.
Ive talked to my father many times about daily habits, the body adapting to moods, environment, natural foods, meditation, all that shit. Instead of even considering it, he blew it off and gave me excuse for why he cant or said "the pills are good enough" but he aand I both know the pills arnt good enough. He has "post tramatic stress disorder" and "bipolar depression" hes better now with alot of my suggestions (that he claims were his own Ideas...)
Ive been diagnosed by many doctors as having all different kinds of "termed and treated" mental health disorders. I used to take pharmaceuticals. It took along time to realize the things I have.
Im not saying im better than anyone or that other people dont need pharmaceuticals. Im only speaking from my experience. It would take hours to begin to get into the details of it all and ive wasted days aready explaining it. Ive spent way too much time writing all this. Typing on phones sucks. I said a whole lotta nothing. lol
tl; dr - Corgis are so fucking cute.

Baw they are cute. I imagine they can fly with their ears as wings when we're all asleep and not looking.
And it's true that stabilizing just about everything is a part of overcoming mental illness. For me, that's incredibly difficult. Sleep patterns, and other substance intake (almost exclusively alcohol now) are very unstable, so for me, stabilizing my sleep and intake as a whole are things I don't imagine possible right now especially when I'm working towards a very imminent major change in lifestyle which will be totally unpredictable when it happens.
Yeah, but I'm sleepy, gonna go nighty-poo.

Exactly. You need to watch your habits for a minimum of 4 months, that's the time when your blood cells regenerate, and that's the time the true healing can begin. The body takes 7 years to fully regrow itself, and it's a simple thing. We are what we eat.
I believe the problem is some people are obsessed with 'instant solutions'. This is what they sell you on TV. "GET ABS IN 6 MINUTES" And the problem is, it just doesn't work. Where's the fucking hurry? Life constitutes of creating yourself, in as many ways you can think of. You can't just neglect your way through life. Look at Japan. Just look at how healthy their old people are. And then look at the western old folks. SIMPLE AND OBVIOUS.

From a site on diagnosing amp issues.
Dirty tricks - I actually saw this once. The clever-but-misguided spouse of a guitar buddy painted the tip of a friend's guitar cords with clear nail polish. All of them. That took a while to find...

Re: The what ever thread...
Sometimes I download like 50 vst plugins at once for recording and have fun with them, today was one of those days. I'm really happy with the results on this latest track but I don't record often enough to remember what they all are or what works best to do what thing, I just like making fun sounds and have no idea what I'm doing. It would be fun to live near a friend who really LOVED recording so we could do that, I quite like it but get bored sometimes.
Also, the guitar solo in the song I'm doing is ridiculous (shitty tapping) and I've listened to it maybe 50 times today, it's so egotistical but whatever it's great.

hey, if you don't enjoy your own work, why would you expect anyone else to like it either? that's what i meant the other day when i said that i don't make music for other people or the world/universe, i make music that i enjoy listening to and hanging out in the environment the music creates. you should be able to like your own stuff, and it's not self-absorbed unless you get all "ooh, i'm the new gybe!/Steve Vai/Bob Dylan/whomever."

I've probably pooped so many times at my work even though I've only been there for 4 months.
I also think I'm going to apply for a new supervisor opening. I was thinking I'd wait until 6 months, but damn, if I at least get my foot in the door and make a good impression that won't hurt. Apart from little supervisor experience or experience at the company I'm qualified, and I've heard a good interview can go a long way.

yeah exactly! I know liking my own stuff is good, I just feel silly about it sometimes.
