Damn. Is that how it works?
Does anyone else have to have music playing almost 100% of the time at home while you're not either watching something or sleeping? I feel like I sometimes spend longer picking out what to listen to than actually washing the dishes or whatever.

We won't terribly mind if you call your guitar a 6 string piccolo bass

I do. I'm just far too lazy to come up with anything clever.
Teach her this song.

Hahaha. I am like definitely going to teach her this. I spent a half hour yesterday learning and then tabbing out some old Blink 182 songs for her, because I couldn't think of anything else that was good for beginners besides Nirvana, and if I have to teach someone Smells Like Teen Spirit one more time I'm going to kill myself.

Put down the deposit to buy my first car today. It'll be cool having a car (plus I like totally need one) but I have the weird feeling that I didn't quite put enough thought into such an expensive decision? It's not like there's anything wrong with it, but I dunno I feel weird about it, never done big financial stuff before I guess.

What annoys me the most is that the form he says is wrong is more correct (in terms of classical form - I know some people will argue, but I do consider the classical style to be correct, in that I think it has the most strengths, and really only one weakness, bends, which can be surmounted simply by building more finger strength) than the way he plays normally - excepting the angle of the guitar.

THat was just an excuse for him to show of his semi decent shred skills. Although what lil wayne did was pretty bad too. Not gunna lie, I tried to play a blink 182 song the other day just for funsies and it was actually hard for some reason haha

I want to get laid forever, but acoustic bass doesn't get the chicks

I used to be like that, music on alllll the time. & even though I do still listen to music a lot I've recently found myself turning music off more. Like giving myself space from music makes it have a stronger impact and its not just another record that I have going. But ya know, different strokes.

I have music going quite a bit but lately I am with KBTC and have been shutting it off
This time of year we have those peeper frogs going at night and a ton of thunder showers so it's good to listen to stuff around you

Re: The what ever thread...
It used to be that I had music on whenever I was at the computer (ie all the time), but now I can go days without listening to anything. In the car I just listen to messed up AM stations now.
Sometimes I just don't feel like listening to anything in my collection nor do I wanna try finding a decent innernets radio station. FM stations around here are out of the question, ain't happening. Maybe they're shit everywhere, dunno.
Other times I'm tired of music in general and have to recharge for a while. The passion is always lurking but for me it only comes in waves. It's not something I can give up, but I also can't play instruments or listen to music all day err day right now; music's just too frustrating sometimes.
