I've heard that about their growth to quality ratio suffering. The beer was excellent, though. I'm looking forward to another bottle of it later this week.

Sleigh'r and Maiden The Shade were what made me want to try Ninkasi in the first place a few years ago and I'll be keeping my eyes peeled on order sites for them for sure.

look for terminal gravity's IPA as well. i don't know if you can get terminal gravity out there, but i doubt it seriously if you can't get ninkasi. it's a much smaller brewery, although pretty popular out here. their IPA is one of the defining northwest IPA's in my opinion.

While it is an extremely busy week for me, this Saturday I'm going to a beer fest for which my girlfriend got us tickets for our anniversary (dawwwww)

My coworker went to Florida and brought me back two six packs of Jai Alai IPA cuz she's cool as heck.

And I found out that Tennessee has started getting Stone Enjoy By and went and found myself a bottle.

In closing,

Just a standard dry irish stout. Nice winter beer. Then I'm gonna keg it and put it on nitro. It's gonna be fucking delish.
