when it comes to love
if the person loves you the way you do
then theyve been waitin for you to be honest

youll find out right there

SUPER GAY MOMENT APPROACHING:

He told me he still has feelings for me, missed me, etc. as well and we ended up cuddling and talking on the couch the rest of the night, which surprised the fuck out of me given my typical luck with these types of situations. It's also mutually understood that we want to approach things slowly and see how they play out. I don't know where things will end up, but I really just want to present for once and be okay with the fact that, for right now, this is what I want.

So yeah, fuck worrying. I'm just gonna go with it.

still feeling sick and miserable. if it wasn't for my wonderful cat, who crawled under the covers while i was trying to take a nap and snuggled up against my yucky tummy and purred, i'd be inconsolable today. illness always sets off my depression and makes everything three times worse. maybe tomorrow i'll feel better. i tried looping for a little while, but my heart wasn't in it.

This is pretty harsh, but I've been guilty of it myself and it's kinda appropriate for these type threads...

Working Friday & Saturday night shifts. Blows.

Also, I like this girl. I want to take things slow, not rush, not build things up.
But shit it sucks not being able to talk to her a lot, or talk about her a lot.
I don't want to drag other people down with my sappy shit.

So I guess I'll just post about it vaguely on the internet :idk:

I just want to be able to get to know her more but life happens. Time happens. I'm inpatient.

After about two weeks of manic guitar playing and writing sessions I've realized that the majority that i've written is just boring and doesn't have any real dynamics. So either i've made good progress or that I just suck.

Yay.

Filed for unemployment benefits today because the damned appropriations crisis is still rolling. Was hoping this would be wrapped up by now, at least until the next damned manufactured crisis in X months.

Good thing from the UE side is that because of my federal employment I don't have to do certification that I'm looking for other work. Bad news is that since I am still an employee and bound by agency ethical rules I am forbidden from looking for outside work in my field, which is to say anything that could conceivably cover my expenses. The day laborer/Home Depot jokes were stale on October 1.

Thank FSM we socked away a chunk of money, but we lived pretty lean to do so and we've been putting off both fun things and some long-term necessary things to do, like home repairs and upping my life insurance.

Every shitty thing you record is a stepping stone, man. You don't notice improvements 'cause they tend to happen slowly. Don't give up.

Theres a dude who wants my pee pee and he keeps messaging me and texting me even though I clearly told him no. I think I wasnt firm enough from the start and brought it on myself. HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW.

He was a friend of a friend and was a funny dude on facebook so I friended him and we chatted and he seemed cool, but now he just whines and cries like a goth/emo kid from the 90s about how his lifes hard and hes sad because no one loves him and all his friends stop talking to him. Now I know why...
