Couple of clips from the balcony of my new apartment (@12:30 am & 6:30 am). The music is an old recording from around 2008 - Electribe MX midi-linked with a Microkorg, both plugged into a mixer, with a pocketpod delay in the loop.

18th, out of 22 total. We're not all moved in yet, still painting and prepping. It's a 50 year old building, and the owners of our unit didn't want to do the work that needs to be done, but they're buying the paint and letting us do whatever we want to the place. We'll probably complete the move right after Thanksgiving. I just saw the night view for the first time last night.
I have not tried one of those yet and am unsure if i want to. Fuck i want dumplings now tho.
while it looks like a whole bunch of playdoh moulded together it is delicous and doesnt taste like salt its a neu! zealand classic also nearly went for dumplings yesterday but was too bloated from beer
After work tonight (one season over woo) the team physician and I had a beer and just shot the shit for an hour, had a really good time, and then when I got home my girlfriend and I were generally squirrelly and goofy while she fell asleep. And now it just feels good to drink a beer and relax and listen to some Torche. Life is good.

Good.
Both of these things make me happy. Also that cake roll thing sparked a conversation at work about Spumoni. I'm happy that exists.

Passed my dj written exam this morning with a 96%, just have to take a studio exam (like that will be a problem) and I'll be able to do subs on the local radio station.
Also might be making a big change after this semester. Ready to pursue the stuff that actually makes me happy and luckily my family is supportive. It is a huge stress relief to have options.
