12 stages and you're done, only these stages actually work and only call upon your inner lord of rock

why so often....vintage pedals that only run on batteries with an on/off switch or volume knob as on/off.....why do I forget to turn them off? why do they get accidentally get knocked back to on? WHY
I guess back in the 60-70s it seemed like a great idea to make the end used have to remove the entire faceplate...circuit board and all...from the bottom shell to get battery access. was the addition of a small battery access opening a godsend to players in the eighties?

I know exactly when i'm being anxious or neurotic about something, but then i'll still continue to fall into the same patterns and coping mechanisms.

this is kinda hitting me hard right now, only it's their issues rather than mine. I want to stick with it and move slowly, but the longer it goes on the more a small part of me wants to just jump ship. Maybe I need some new
pedals

The bus I take home from work was delayed 50 minutes. Then when it finally came it drove right past me without stopping. Waiting now for the next bus, which comes a half hour after that one. So that I can do the one and a half to two hour long trip home.

i'm so scattered with the things i have to do to get ready to leave that i now have a checklist to work off, and am seriously thinking of abandoning stuff i wanted to take along e,g. dishes and the microwave which are packable but which i can't get my head far enough towards to deal with. had an anxiety attack tonight thinking about it.
