Cunt.

Slurpees aren't self serve there? Add that to the giant spiders and fuck y'all, I'm never going to 'Stralia now.

They are, but there was something up with the machine, it blasted the slurpee out like a shotgun.

Spider nest.

Awe, those are cute!
To be fair though, blue ringed octopii are also a little cute.
But yes. Deadly.
Coulda been spiders. Servo sevs are dodgey as.

That tumbler fucking ruled.

Edit: In regard to sarcasm in printed/written form: yeah, you've gotta be pretty skilled to pull it off. Italics help, but only if they signify the emphasis of the right word/concept.
Context has to be pretty clear as well.
I can't pick up on written sarcasm unless its fairly blatant.
Which sucks, cause I'm king of sarcasm in real life talky conversation.
I made a mockery of a stupid team bonding exercise at work the other day, nobody even picked up on it. They thought it was part of the exercise.
My wit's so dry, it's like the fucking Sahara. And it's own brand of desert rock  .

Not really.

Hey everyone who lives here in the US. This is fucked up, but at least there's something you can kind of do about it.

Fuck Summer Colds. All my plans ruined

Though I might just squeeze a day off work, I have a gazzillion sick days to use up.

sometimes when I get tired and overwhelmed I almost miss huddling terrified in my bed in Pocatello, eating pills and refusing to face the world. but if i'd kept at that i'd be homeless now, and they don't let you hide in bed all day in a shelter or give you meds. but it's really hard to get used to living again after three years on the margins. everything folks do normally--saying "good morning," taking a shower, finding the grocery store--takes work and concentration. it's like getting out of prison, or coming back from outer space. I don't understand normal life any more.

I spent 10 minutes trying to open a jar of fucking jam, I felt like I was 70 with crystal wrists. Eventually I just pried the fucking lid off; looks like some jam was on the lid during production and acted as glue. I put that shit on my toast anyways. Hope I don't die from some terrible contamination... oh well.

I'm sure you'll pick it up again dude, I know it can be disconcerting changing after a long time living in a particular way, but stick at it!
