I spent 30 minutes on the phone about it today - 10 of them trying to get through the automated wall, and 20 on hold. The automated messages they were playing would occasionally break up momentarily - as though someone was answering my call and immediately putting me back on hold. I gave up and sent an email. I will get a reply in 1-2 business days.

Good thing it was insured...

Somebody posted something to me from less than an hour away recently and it took 5 days to arrive. what the actual fuck.

Also today was my 9th day working in a row. I can't move. And i keep getting kept back about 3hrs longer than I'm supposed to be there. Fuuuuuuuck this I cannot wait to go back to uni. Being broke is more fun.
