I dunno - growing up my mom always had unsweetened grapefruit juice in the fridge, so I've just been drinking it forever. YUM.

MY RATIO WAS AT LEAST 2:1, DON'T KNOW WHY THE RESULT WAS IMPERFECT. I HEARD SALT IS GOOD ON IT INSTEAD OF SUGAR.
TOO BROKE TO AFFORD GIN, IS STEEL RESERVE AN ACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTE Y/N

Don't think about it like that--think about it like you're getting your cash money grind on while that dude is doing the opposite of that.

Also, try to get into prep cooking if you like kitchens. All the ones I've worked in have been meritocracies.

SHITTIEST work week EVER. So this week in Kansas we got some snow (great), I have had almost all of my clients cancel on me this week and am left with just a few because they are afraid of the weather. So made no money there. I'm also on the verge of finishing the Bit Quest, and now I think I have the flu! I've slept all fucking day and my stomach feels like someone kicked me in it about 20 times. So annoying. I can't believe it's 5 here already. UGH.

OH and my laser etching machine came today, so I had to hustle and shovel the rest of my drive when I don't feel good, and then help the Fed Ex guy push a 700lbs box into my garage. That part was fine, when I fell on the ice and couldn't get back up for a few minutes sucked though.

I'm getting close to 3 weeks of laryngitis so I've taken a leave of absence from work until the 17th. And now my mom is coming to take me home for the weekend and thinks I'm depressed/unstable.

So now I have to spend the weekend at my parents' house not being left alone.

Art walk show=total bust. Not only did I show up late and start playing a full 40 minutes late, but the guy running the place wouldn't even let me really turn up. He explained something like " we want people to hear the music as they walk in the door, but want artists next to the stage to be able to hear each other talking." WTF? So I'm sitting here drinking free wine provided by the next band, which will surely play twice as loud as me. And I have to be up at 5AM for work tomorrow. . . Stupid.
