From what I understand that was touched upon in another thread, the co-owners are negotiating splitting the company and one of them plans on starting up again once that's done.
But damn, it's been a while since they've updated anyone on anything.
It sucks because if I'm gonna get a 4x12, I really really want an Emperor or Olde Crow, and I'm not sure if either are taking orders. And they're not exactly popular with pop country so I'm not seeing many in Nashville let alone used for sale here.

Are the pickups body mounted or pick guard mounted? I have never taken a close look at a jazz master under the pickup guard. I was just going through the same thing with the telemaster and the pick guard had no holes for body mount or holes for pick guard mount. Or are you just asking for aesthetics?

I very much regret not getting the hm2. All the peals were great but the hm2 and the vt were the ones that had sounds that were totally missing from my board.
Yeah, the modded HM2 was the big surprise in the tourbox for me. One of my friends has an HM-2 and I've played with it a few times, never really liked it all that much, it always sounded too fizzy and too squishy for my taste. The Dunwich Modded HM2 blew me away though and I really liked it right off the bat, I was surprised with how versatile it actually was (within a tonal range). I'm heavy on fuzz and light on distortion when it comes to pedals too, so I picked up both just to round things out. I'll pick up the ODB when he finishes redesigning it too, it was really close to being something I really want on bass in the tourbox version, just a little too dark for my taste. From what Nick's told me of the revisions he's making, should hit the nail right on the head once he's done.

They are body mounted with foam under the pickup to keep tension when adjusting pickup height. Also on your telemaster alot of tele neck pickups are mounted in a similar fashion, i.e; to the body, but with little rubber spacers instead of springs.
Pizza: With holes.

Find a shop with a cnc machine, build it yourself for a quarter of the price.

For the telecaster I ordered a pick guard with hole and I have a set of start springs and screws to mount the pickup to the pick guard hopefully. When i switched out the pickup on my current tele it was body mounted with those little rubber grommets. I found that kind annoying since I wasn't totally sure where to remount the neck pickup so it would line up with the pick guard. And the tele has 22 frets which means it overhangs the pick guard a bit so you have to loosen the neck to remove the pick guard to adjust pickup height. It was seriously one of the most annoying experiences ever.

I bought the sunn 200s I used to have from one of the dudes from Atlas cabs a few years back. I was trying to remember their name recently, thanks for the reminder
