Despite the fact that I have nothing really going for me, I'm feeling pretty good. I had a random hookup, girls seem interested, I don't want no relationship (so I'm going to see if I can manage to ride this train all the way to downtown pound town), and I'm actually writing guitar music again.

I've been trying to get a band going, and I seem to have found my guitarist. I just need a bassist and drummer, then I can lock in a 24/7 practice space for ~$50/month per person. I just want to make music and do hood rat stuff with my friends.

Also, I wanna haircut and I don't have anywhere to store these reference pictures, so this is where they're going. DEAL.

Despite my band not being able to practice last night because the power at our practice space was out, we all went out to watch the UK basketball game. Had a really good time, didn't have to buy a drink (they were cheap and shitty, but still free), UK won, and I got to hang out with my band, our gals, and some other people while playing N64 and Scrabble. Making the best of a bad situation.

And I've got my first gig in 3 years tomorrow night!
