Just got done polishing off some 2012 & 2013 Behemoth Barleywine which is my personal favorite, the Moloko Milk Stout was also tasty. Dark Lord Day is coming up at the brew pub in Munster and should be somthing anyone in the Chicago/Indiana area should check out for good times.
Aaaaaaaah, I really really want to try 3Floyds. I've only had the 3Floyds collaborations with Mikkeller and Nogne O and they were so so good. They look so tasty. Hell, I'm dying to try Hop Notch.

That sounds fucking fantastic. Also, great name!

Ugghhhhh had some super fresh Centennial and Red's Rye, as well as KBS at the event. Had such a good time with friends. Just kicking back with a Zombie Dust now. Such a good beer day. Much needed.

I bet that Dogfish Head was delicious.
I picked up a couple of bottles of Ommegang's Fire and Blood red ale. I'm a huge Game of Thrones and beer dork, so I always get excited about these beers.
As far as taste, it's different than most other red ales I've had. Tastes Belgian, which isn't surprising. They also brewed it with some sort of chilies, which is a cool touch given the inspiration.

Very boozy actually. Something like 18% for that bad boy (the two Avery's were no slouches though at 14.9 and 15.4) Our order from least to greatest (all of them were solid fucking great beers though) was: World Wide Stout Mephistopheles Uncle Jacobs
The Uncle Jacobs was so incredibly complex with so many different tastes popping out. The Mephistopheles was like the non-burbon barrel aged version of it. Both were very very good though.
This was tonight's though; best Enjoy By so far:
awesome signature with witty quotes from all you fuckers
