Springsteen is fucking awful.

To elaborate: he's always been heralded as this sort of paragon of authenticity when his entire schtick is outrageously insincere. That extends out to his music, which is is, in its entirety and with no exceptions whatsoever, meaningless, time-wasting tripe.

Sometimes people make mistakes. Everyone makes a mistake when they listen to Bruce Springsteen.

I neither like nor 'get' The Beatles. I kinda wish I did because I get a lot of flack for it.

Meh, I'm in the same boat. I can appreciate the later albums and their innovations of making an "album" rather than a collection of singles, but past that everyones beatle love gets ignored by me.

Gotta be honest -- I can't fathom musicians, who don't 'get' the Beatles -- even though I know a handful of fuzzbreaux on here that don't. It's utterly beyond my comprehension.

Which is, I assume, how everyone who 'gets' something feels about the people that don't.

Which is true. Your beautiful masterpiece that sounds like golden honey may sound like an elephant with thumb tacks taped to its cock trying to rape my ear. And vice versa.

I get them, but I don't like them. The Who, Clash, Eagles, and most every band that starts with "The". Come to think of it. Maybe I'm fucking retarded because there are a shit load of things that are considered benchmarks in rock that I just can't stand.

I like The Beatles fine, but I don't own any albums and I don't really listen to them on purpose. I don't hate them, but I don't really care I guess. There are plenty of bands that I can fully recognize their talent and their contribution to culture and music history, but I have zero enjoyment in listening to their music. The Eagles rank pretty high up that list. The Dude got that one right and then some.

This all the way. I can dig the Beatles, don't own anything cause I hear it on the radio enough.

The Clash I've heard a bit and it's alright no deep care though, same with the Eagles they don't make me vomit but I'm sick of motherfucking Hotel Pile of Aids.

Springstein can suck a dick.

Also finished my 212 115 cab today and soundtested I'm very pleased and I just scored another set of cannabis rex 12" so I can now make a 412 of just them. got them for 76 buck for the pair as well.

Have you had a chance to compare them to other Eminence and/or Celestion speakers? I've been kind of curious about them, read good things, but I've been leaning towards Wizards for my upcoming guitar cab projects.
