This is the stereotype people have of people from my state:

going to go for a two tiered approach where the top tier can be hinged up with the power supplies and cabling inside the enclosed region
I have a Pedaltrain, and it's clever, I like to be able to hide all my cords. BUT in my opinion pedal boards should be able to sit in a 1" river of beer and survive unscathed and I'm fairly sure that mine would die a thousand deaths.

Make a note of it when you get up with me I guess? I have snowflake stamps too. I'm more than happy to sign them, but the cost of that is snowflakes and (potentially) horrible things written in there as well. The box is actually right next to my desk, which is right next to my guitar shit. Worked out pretty well since I posted it here

Pauly D is from Rhode Island. That's right. I watched Jersey Shore and I'm not ashamed of it at all. I did watch it as a comedy, but that doesn't really make it better.
Either way, Jersey did get a pretty terrible reputation from that show.

Speaking of poor fat asses, everyone remember to stop by a 711 sometime today for a free slurpie. It's free and bad for you, so all criteria are met.

Re: The Doom Room: ILF Edition
We don't have 711 in NC. I think they have the in VA, but I've never seen them further south than that.
I almost wept tears of joy the first time I saw a 711 and the wall o' slurpies

Re: The Doom Room: ILF Edition
Just got back from dinner with the wife. (ok, it was an excuse to eat tacos while drinking high end margheritas)
Showed her the discussion in here and she was thrilled, had her rolling a bit with some of the pics. Thanks to all for being intelligent folks with interesting ideas. I think me fucking around on here is no longer a "waste of time" in her mind.
Nick, reading back I saw you are going for a two tier hinged design. I did mine with three tiers, the only thing I need to change is to either cut access hole to the back of the bottom tier, or add a hinge to the back so I can get in there easier. Every once in a blue moon some connection in the shit I dont fuck with region of my board gets loose and it's a pain in the dick to get to without disconnecting a bunch of other shit. Power supply, clean boost, aby, that kind of shit.
T-rey, pm incoming.
