I'm with you ry-guy, I don't mind up to C's but beyond that I dunno. Not everyone likes their fruit mushy, some people like em firm. Ya know?

I like small ones too. They crack a nipple hard enough to dial on old style phone with. Or pointy enough to poke an eye out with. Let's face it I just love tits. :yay:

darren,
that shit is so awesome! i can't believe that actually happened at all. you certainly deserve it. i hope this gives a little boost to electric heat along with whatever else you do with it. i'd love to see you get a little more ground with the ape blaster and maybe get one of your other designs further down the line. the world needs to hear what your ears hear. either way that is an unbelievable dream and i'm so stoked for you.

in other news, i think i broke a little bit off of one of my front teeth on the mic at our show tonight. boo!

Right boys, here's a dumbass question but it's better to ask and feel stupid than not know and fuck some shit up right?

I've got a 50 watt and a 100 watt AOR. The power tubes in the 100 are better than the 50, which is the one I've decided to keep because ultimately I don't like the 100 as much.

Since they're essentially the same amp model, how necessary would a rebias be if I swapped the power tubes over? I'd assume (but not necessarily correctly) that they'd be around the same level with the whole half wattage/half number of tubes/half mV thing

Am I going to kill myself or the amp or the world if I don't rebias?

tubes are not that precisely made to swap around and have the exact same idle dissipation given the same negative grid voltage.

Likely you wont need a rebias for it to work, it just is not going to have the exact same idle current

Yeah Heavy Blanket's just in Boston.

Also, this is the not-so unofficial call for merch and things. I can pick up some stuff for some people, for sure, but I need to know what you want and how many of you there are. Also -- I'm gonna be there, Jfrey's gonna be there, Bigchief,The Ryan Summit, and dunwichnick -- we should at least all buy a beer together, yes?

I'm gonna have agree here. I might actually end up getting a 4 day pass as there's bands every night I want to see. Luckily I'm within driving distance so I can head home every night. Depending on the timing I may be able to put a few people up! We should definitely all meet up if anyone goes.

Those are the two that sold me. Conan and Yob definitely helped the sale though.

Oh fuck me I didn't notice those. Guh.

Yup and they are the same night and stage as Ufomammut. So I will 100% definitely be at that night (Thursday, was Ottobar now at Sound Stage.).
