I think Garrett was finally given (or will be getting soon) the Hilbish designs Matamp clone. Curious to hear how he likes it compared to his original.
When my wife and I went down to Richmond last month, I dropped off a 6 band EQ to Parker to use on bass. Curious to hear his thoughts on it as well

Awesome! Really looking forward to their jaunt through New Zealand/Aus next month with home town heroes Beastwars. Curious what the backline will be like (hired stuff I imagine)

So I was clicking around today on the youtube and found Serpent Venom. This album sounds Pre-Tee-Cool.

Serpent Venom - Of Things Seen & Unseen (Full Album 2014)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EAZtg9D0bkU

Also have really been getting into Mars Red Sky. They have a real slo-burn heaviness that is somewhat relaxing and yet super heavy. Dig it.

Oh, getting close to closing a deal on buying my first house. It's not a very DOOM color though... but I am hoping I will have a place to play my drums. :!!!: :animal: :!!!:

I'll come paint it black for you. No arguing, consider it a house warming gift.

I'll probably do those (which will probably have a snowflake where the 'u' in fuck should go - my wife's idea, but I kinda dig it), and some that say 'You Aren't Special' or some such shit as that.

I'll for sure be doing participation ribbons as soon as I have time to sit down and fuck with the website and customizer.

I used that as the jumping point for my research paper for ENG 101. (yeah, I'm 40 and back in college big deal so what you wanna make something of it?)

I got an A.

That's awesome! Did you have to cite my work? Have I been cited? Am I now a motherfucking LEGITIMATE AUTHOR? Either way, that is super badass and I'm gonna fucking tell everybody.

Moar heavy than The Elements? Because I'm gonna need one if that's the case.

As much as I love the Astrosquid shirt I think I'm gonna have to go for the stealth when I get paid tomorrow. It's less.... colorful.

Yup, moar heavier. The lows and mids on the elements are nowhere as heavy as the quantum mystic from what I remember. I liked the elements better for lower gain stuff when I had one. Haven't tried the low gain stuff with it though. I've been rotating out a Rat, OCD, or Black Forest for my low gain dirt. They all sound great running into the QM.

I'll buy some stickers when you get them.

I wanted to make fun of the guy with 18 fuzz pedals but then I started counting my pedals and found 12 fuzzes, two distortions and a boost.

How the hell did that happen? And why was I looking at a quantum mystic earlier today...

No prob man, thanks fer supportin'! And you definitely need a QM. Killer dirt pedal.

conky wrote:Yeyus... get a quantum Mystic. Heaviest dirt pedal I've ever owned.

This. It's the only pedal that was able to knock the Badascan off my board. Sounds SO GOOD.
