Hrrrm... I can't stop imagining that the singer is Count Dracula from Sesame Street. Is this just a mock up? or is it supposed to be a real take?

Sounds like a good time, congrats on the show. I know that I've probably tried this before, but I'm going to start calling you and the other guitarist in Khemmis Dr. Riffenstein and Dr. Doom, what with the phds and all...:animal:

Hahaha, that rules! And thanks, man, it was a rad night.

I'm jealous of you for playing that show and everyone else in the room for getting to watch. Have fun dude.

Thanks my dude.

Yes!

The show was rad. We had a few technical difficulties (at one point, we hit a palm-muted low note and it unplugged my amplifier from the power conditioner), but folks were into it and it ruled to play a big-ass venue. Now time to buckle down, finish this last song, and record our new album in November.

Glad to hear it went well Dr. Riffs.

Yesterday, Youtube told me I should listen to this, and I'm inclined to agree.

Ghengis Tron only wrote a portion of one song that I actually liked. overall no like. esp since they didn't have a live drummer.

Dudes, need to put my v2 in a road case. We don't tour, so I feel like a full-on ATA case isn't worth it. We don't throw our gear around or anything, but I also want it to be protected from things getting dropped/spilled on it in the van and on stage. Suggestions for companies? Got a quote from a local company, but $400 for a case is just too rich for my blood. Also, if anyone has experience building 'em, I'd love to hear about your experiences.

Closest I can compare him to is Joe Lester from Intronaut if he had frets. This is gonna be interesting. Also, I found out last night that my Quantum Mystic can dial in the exact tone that I have my Rat set for high gain if I want.

Thats really cool on yhe bassist front, should make for some interesting bass lines.

The QM covers so much ground, its rediculous. The EQ on it has amazing range...you can even get some HM2 type sounds out of it...HM2 with the treble rolled off a bit...i love my QM!

Let's get some clips of the QM coping those QM tones.

They are ALWAYS on CL here in ATL. I paid $50 for one of mine and $80 for the other. Check the AV/camera equipment too. A lot of those cases can be retro-fitted.

So, I have a local guy wanting to buy my 4x12. If I sell it I'll have enough for an empty 6x12. What ohms should I wire it up? I've settles on 55hz Reapers but I have no idea what ohms it should run at.

Can you wire it for 4 at 16 and 2 at 16 then wire them in parellel for 8?
Or am I completely wrong.

Also can't wait for mt AOR to get here later in the week. Couriers fucked the job up on Friday. Many an angry email was sent. Hopefully it will now leave Adelaide tomorrow or Wednesday. I have a QM on loan from a mate and I'm looking forward to checking it's capabilities on a real amp.

Apparently Gibson has a for-real 7-string Les Paul coming out in the 2015 lineup. Might have to add to my "purchase when a good deal pops up" list.

7 strings, played slowly.
