Seems to depend where you are. In the US there's no marriage for immediate family, but every state handles fuckin' differently; Jersey stops caring when you're 18, Ohio only cares if its your parent, Utah doesn't give a shit, and every else has jail time ranging from 5 years to life, Georgia being one of the later.

Oddly enough though, seems that all the states who dole out life sentences are cool with you marrying your first cousin.
