I also have mentioned guitar pedals on a few interviews that I've gone to. Some people have been like THATS REALLY AWESOME!!!! And others have been like 'oh that's cool, moving on' but no one has been like that ^^^

it's not really age though; I've encountered people like that before that were pretty young yet had a dismissive attitude towards pedals. "Yeah, that's cool, but I like my sound to be pure."

I will never understand people who can't comprehend that everything may not be for everyone and that doesn't invalidate anyone's interests.
