I used to have to travel an hour or more to see shows. Then I moved :thumb:

Swans were phenomenal, as usual. I'm sore as fuck. At least I remembered earplugs this time. Definitely checked out for a while during the show. They have that effect. The last song finished and it was like a hypnotist snapping his fingers. Crazy. Love it.

Nice, I'm in that same position with two bands now. One synth guy I've been playing guitar with, we just said "screw it" to finding a drummer and are using his tablet. And that's made some really cool stuff.

And other band I'm playing drums with and we actually are opening for another band a week from Saturday. We just need to work out some timing issues, but we've gotten a really good response from open mics we've played. Also, we still need a bassist.

Redoing our bathroom this November. It has looked like a bomb shelter since we moved in 2,5years ago. Concrete walls from the 50's, shitty piping.

It's mad expensive, but on the plus side I'll finally be able to enjoy my shits to the fullest.

That moment when you interview a classical composer and you both end up raving about Krallice and Lovetone pedals.

Basic ILF tee is past its goal if I read it right! Ima order one as well next week after my next paycheck goes through.

Also, I've been cleaning my apartment so much less fruit flies and bugaboos in general.

Also ALSO, I'm watching Mr. Show.

Sometimes eBay is actually pretty alright. Sold a Weird Sounds Generator for way less than I bought it for and ended up with $60 in eBay coupons. If I didn't buy shit on eBay all the time I wouldn't care but it actually turned out to be the best place to sell. For once.

Sooooo...
I haven't been around much. I left my old life behind, packed a bag, and bought a one-way ticket to Mobile, AL. I am the happiest, sanest, most content I've been in my entire life. I have found what I always sought. My guitars and pedz are hours away, but I have peace.
My force of habit, I am an insect
I have to confess I'm proud as hell of that fact
