How good is the weed you have access too? A lot of poorly bred/grown weed can give people headaches.

Also if it hasn't been manicured properly that can also cause headaches. Try to remove as much of the outer leaf and stems as possible.
Note to growers: Please manicure and dry your buds properly. All the crap you remove can be used for hash oil production and for cakes and cookies.

honestly I have no clue, my best connects are not always available, but my roomie and I usually buy from the same dude and I don't think he's been having any problems. I don't know how I would be able to evaluate how good it is.

Is it really light and dry? I find smoking super dried out stuff can give me a headache, but I've also had dry bud that was dope. It could be that but hey, nothing wrong with taking a break either. Or it could also just be a symptom of smoking in general as inhaling smoke of any kind contributes to asphyxiation and lessens oxygen flow to your brain. That's why I like vaping if I'm sick or tired or have been smoking a bunch.

I think it might have more to do with how often I've been smoking lately (too often) and I also am taking new medicine so maybe it doesn't mix well or something. and I also often have an irritated throat after smoking even if it wasn't painful to inhale. sometimes I think I might be slightly allergic or something in that regard.
so the far the break has been awesome, I feel a lot smarter and less confused LOL. I really like smoking if i'm going to get lost in something like playing music, playing a game or talking to someone but i've been too busy lately to do any of that.

it's nice to try something different.
i've just been a Dank Nugs > glass bubbler for the longest time.

a while back i got some cbd oil/ vape pen combo.
and .. now some shatter. which is soooo much easier to work with than the oil.
and much better! it looks like amber with the mosquito from jurassic park.
