Ted Fidy Imperial Stout tonight. This is such a mother fucking good beer its almost criminal. Pours out like motor oil, and tastes like Ms. Chocolate and Mr. Coffee invited Ms. Hopps for a little spin in the bedroom.

Brewers Art Resurrection Ale last night. It was pretty okay until I started eating my meal, didn't pair very well.

I accidentally ordered a coffee flavored stout two or three times at this pizza restaurant because I kept forgetting the name.

Not once did my server say, "that's a coffee stout, it doesn't pair well with cheese, bacon or grease."

fuckers.

Had a crazy local brew last night...imperial brown ale brewed with habanero, tomato, and celery salt. Shit tasted like a fizzy Caesar. Soooo good.

I think I'll have one of the Founders KBS that my dad brought back from Cape Cod. It'll be a good pick me up morning coffee substitute.

The one in the middle was an amazing Weizenbock from just outside of Munich. 3 of my favorite breweries on earth are all in Munich or just outside. (Weihenstephaner, Franziskaner and Ayinger)

and some Founders Breakfast Stout. SO STOKED.

And my sister's coming to town this weekend for our cousin's wedding, and I got some really exciting Wicked Weed and Prairie saisons and sours for her to try.
