Huh. I just went on the Subway UK website to see, as I wasn't aware they did a chipotle sauce.

Turns out it's my favourite one, but I always refer to it as "Southwest" sauce, didn't even know it was chipotle!

True fact: I learnt how to pronounce chipotle through South Park.

Found a drummer! It's like finding a shiny Mewtwo.

Yeah, I just stopped looking for a drummer and used a drum machine for one band and became the drummer in another.

The Royals won their first playoff game in 29 years! I know most probably don't care but his makes me very happy.

I have given up on drummers. Actually getting out of the drummer/band thing has really made me happier than ever musically. I don't know why. It just seems that it left so many room for me to try new things by getting out of the same old frustrating paradigm. I've always wanted to play multiple instruments in my previous bands and was told I should just do with my guitar or bass and STFU. Getting fired of the last band I was in was actually pretty liberating 'cause ya know, met my buddy and started this new project that I really enjoy working on with him. He's a chill dude and it just works, well it has for the past two years.

I woke up laying on the floor because the cat popped my air mattress and my job hunt has been frustrating. I'm waiting on my divorce papers and I miss my son like I would miss an organ if you removed it. Somehow, though, I am happy. I have a girlfriend who makes every grey cloud a silver one with a grey lining. I've got a Strat and a Big Muff and a little Vox. I've got hope and sanity.
My force of habit, I am an insect
I have to confess I'm proud as hell of that fact

I've got a great feeling about tonight. Got a gig with a relatively well-known band (or at least the singer of the band) and a hot date.

Listening to my previous bands new project. Bitter sweet feeling, but more sweet than bitter! :thumb:

(I had to quit because I moved to the other side of the country, so there's nothing but love between us)

No corporate BS, no managers hassling you, relaxed environment, easy to get along with coworkers and the owners, everybody jokes, everybody shares cleaning duties, easier work, the pay's better (although after gas it's about the same), they already said I was doing good and moving fast...
Finally, one more week of crappy graveyard shifts and I'm getting the hell outta there.

Way late on this but hell yeah dude, happy for you. Hows it been?

Shit rocks. Because there's a creative aspect to it, I don't feel as much like work is 8 hours I could have better spent doing fucking ANYTHING else. I don't dread going into work every single day. It's awesome.
That girl left before I started. I asked about her once and the descriptions I got lessened the pain a little
