I like the South and being out in the country. I also love Philly and Austin though. If I were to move to a bigger city it would definitely be one of those two places.

I almost moved to Austin about 15 years ago. Probably should've, though I might be dead by now- which is not to say it still wouldn't have been the right move.

Ah, I was looking under the dunwich subheading, but it was under the ilovedoom.

New York can also be shitty if you only stay in manhattan and the touristy places. But thats the same for everywhere. I miss camping and need to make it out of the city a bit more.

I think fender put out some of those weird trapazoid speakers too in a twin.

I lived and worked in Philly for like five months in 2012. It's a pretty rad city, but I would never live there. Reading Terminal is a total tourist trap though.

And as far as Austin goes, we were there three times this year if that tells you anything.

Happy for everyone stoked on seeing the upcoming E-Wiz shows. They, like Kyuss, have never really done much for me- but then, I've never really given either band more than a passing chance. Tell me the one album, from either band, you think would convert me. Or just tell me I have shitmagnets for ears. Either way, happy festivus or whatever.

NYC is alright, but I'm a PNW guy. Give me Seattle or Portland any day.

NYC is a blast, if you do it right. Got the guided tour from my sister, who lives there, for all the stuff locals think is good. Well, at least from her perspective, had a blast though. I've never had a bad time in NYC, aside from visiting shortly after the wtc attacks.
But.... Fuck the jets, go Pats!

I do like it here better.

I live right outside NYC. I like visiting for a couple of hours to see a show or go drinking but I'm usually glad to get out. I know a few people who live there and seeing what they pay for the space they get in their apartments is mind-boggling. Lots of good shows in the city these days though.

I'm moving to either Boston or Chicago at the end of this upcoming summer. I like Nashville but feel more at home in both those places, plus they have the graduate programs I'm looking for. NYC is awesome and I love to visit, but I could only live there if the right job came along.
