Sucks man, I've had dreams like that before, usually they are in third person though and I am inhabiting a "character". Usually pretty fucked but not visceral because I'm dissociated in some way from the violence.

Used to have a recurring dream when I was a kid that wolf smashed through my window and ripped my throat out and then I would get this super intense vertigo feeling like I was falling in pitch darkness and then I would suddenly wake up. Apparently kids tend to dream about stuff like dangerous animals and the like when they are young as a sort of mental training/warning for the real thing but later in life transition to dreams that are more adult/culture appropriate like losing your keys, forgetting about an exam or suddenly realising you went to school naked. Also found out recently that night terrors and nightmares are totally distinct phenomenon (for those suffering forgive my ignorance). Night terrors occur in stage 4 deep sleep whereas nightmares are pretty much just bad dreams that happen in normal REM. Pretty cool stuff (science wise).

Had a Sharp piece of glas in my Dinner at Saigon wok yesterday. Bite on it. Pain. Bleeding. Passed out in The middle of a sentence while Talking to my wife. Fell off the chair and hit the tiled floor with my Head. After 3 minutes i was back in life.

I've been going through a ton of mental bullshit lately.
I had the worst panic attack of my life last night.
I think I need to talk to a doctor.

I'm not gonna hurt myself but I'm feeling pretty terrible.
Luckily I have really great friends, who help a lot.

I've gone through tons of anxiety and panic attacks in the last 5 or so years. Finally got help, started taking meds, it is the best I have felt for as long as I can remember.

Friends are great to keep around, but they can only do so much. It's never a bad thing to seek out some help man!

Mid term oral exam in the morning on English phonetics and intonation. Haven't had time to read a thing. Should be pretty embarrassing :thumb:

It went fairly well actually. At least I don't think I'll have to redo it :thumb:

My internet has been down since monday and will be until the upcoming monday. Currently linking my computer to my phone and using a shitload of data. Looking forward to that bill...

I haven't been able to play guitar (or do a lot of other things) since July due to compression on on my spinal cord that has left my hands numb, weak and uncoordinated. It has also affected my legs and makes balance and walking "normal" somewhat difficult.

I'm having surgery Saturday to stop it from getting worse and hopefully reverse some of the issues but there is no guarantee that that will happen. I may not be able to play again...ever.

Looking for some MOJO!

P.S.
Please don't post any neck/back surgery "horror stories". That is THE LAST thing I need right now.
