I hate when people take a really long time to respond to text messages. Like, I don't think I know anyone that doesn't have their phone on them pretty much 24/7. So, what's the deal?

Maybe if I was to get a job in the same area, I could do that. Sadly, not for now!

If there's a ups near you, I'm pretty sure they offer a service that's similar to p.o. boxes.

Sadly not  I wish!

I always have this scene that plays in my head when someone just doesn't respond to a message, especially if it is following them contacting you first. It goes like this: They send you a text. As soon as they hit send they toss their phone to the floor and sprint across the room. They dive through the window - glass flying everywhere - and plummet 10 stories to a canopy sticking off the side of the building. They bounce off the canopy like they're Aladdin or something, and land on the back of a truck speeding down the street, which fishtails around the next turn and vanishes with them clinging to the roof.

I have been trying to hone my debate/discussion skills by participating in more threads about social issues on facebook, but I always question whether it's worth my time.

Believe me, after the last hour or so, I'm staying the fuck out of those. As soon as anyone tries to throw a perspective in that doesn't align with one of the two main ones, they get blasted. It's bullshit. And people call themselves "progressive."

Spend an hour and a half filming for a demo, and throughout the whole thing my camera was in a slightly odd position making it shake whenever I hit a note, from the soundwaves. There's even a "dirrrrr" sound whenever it happens :picard:

I live in the country so all my packages go to the post office to be picked up. Also my missus's uncle has to go to the post office everyday. He is obsessive compulsive so I never even have to go pick it up. Win win :yay: But I can empathize with you dudes.

Just watch a lot of Hitchen's debates. Only person I have ever heard of being criticized for being too good at debating, and speaking in general.

Yeah, I love Hitch. The problem I run into in those circumstances is that oftentimes people I like are involved and it's hard not to end up looking like a dick when you're presenting ideas that aren't popular.

I'm very familiar with that.
