That was confusing. The supervisor apparently didn't notice me falling asleep because that was like an hour ago and they haven't sent me home.
I don't think they found anything illicit, but like four or five cubes down it did smell like someone has either some insane potpourri or a small Douglas fir in their backpack.
Wait, they bring drug dogs into your workplace?
It's never happened before. There was a weird, very strong stank; it definitely was not weed stank though. They have a pretty strong no-scent and no drug policy.
I was trying really hard to look like I hadn't just nodded off for what may have been between 5 seconds and 20 minutes (I'm not sure), so I'm still not 100% sure it actually happened. I'll monitor the Facebooks for confirmation.

Oh god, this was honestly filmed around the corner from my house - I wouldn't be suprised if my house is in there somewhere. I don't like the show at all, but it puts my suburb on the map... I guess.

When will prospective comedy writers learn that being "edgy" for the sake of being "edgy" instantly comes off as stupid and try-hard? You can tell they saw Trailer Park Boys and thought "we can do that!" when it's pretty obvious they can't. Despite being about simple, classless people, TPB has a genuine subtlety and endearing quality to the writing and performances. Also, it doesn't sound like the foley was done by a hard of hearing cartoon character.
Le sigh. Always with the lowest common denominator bullish, eh?

The sad thing is that Fat Pizza has been around since even before TPB and it's hardly a unique style in Australian comedy, they just do it the most obnoxiously. Everything these guys have ever made is the fucking same as well. I mean, the fact that Nick Giannopoulos makes an appearance says more than I could.

Agreed.
Maybe it's just that Aussie humour is more blatant in whichever style of comedy it is... for better or worse. The shit stuff is horrendous when the good hits all the right notes.
It's worth 15bux just to mod the shit out of the weapons and car physics in GTA4. Nothing in that game was more fun than hosting a fucked up server and watching a random dude join, then instantly get killed by an upside-down taxi flying down the street at 900 miles per hour.
