I just got back from vacation and I think all the odd food I was eating finally pissed it off. Thankfully I'm not vomiting or shitting myself, it just feels uncomfortable all the damn time.

Ok I eat cheese with almost every meal and I normally shit about 5 times every 24 hours. Am I becoming lactose intolerant? It's been this way for a good two years.
