I got et65s in the midddleof 55hz reapers in my 6x12. Love em. I think I have a problem with one of them though. Its kinda farty sometimes, even with cleans.

I think you'll be very pleased with your first choice. :thumb:

There's also the option of Eminence Delta Pro-12A's, that way you could use it with bass or guitar and turn Mr. Grumpy to ten and the cab won't even bat an eye.

I'm lousy with bass cabs, no worries there. I'm light on guitar stuff, I figured I'd sell off the stuff I don't use or don't like that much and upgrade a bit there.

Then go for the ET65/ Vet30 mix. Should be great for what your looking for.

Just let Atlas know I'm going to order the 6x12. I'm getting it unloaded and I'll make a final decision and load up the speakers myself. I'm having them wire it up for me though, because who has the time?

Who hear is playing Atlas cabs? I've been getting quotes on 6x12's from builders this week and I'm thinking about buying one from them.

I know this is a few pages back, but I have a 4x12 getting made by him. It's not done yet, but Petras is a solid dude.

I decided to go with him after helping my friend load his 2 2x15s from atlas. They are built better than my emperors ever wished they were.

That's my friend's rig. 2 2x15s, an oversized 2x12 and now this:

Image just got posted yesterday. It's his 1x18.

prices are solid too.

Anyone else not at all feeling the new Pallbearer track? https://soundcloud.com/decibelmagazine/ ... fury-db052

Also, fuck yes to Atlas cabs. Petras rules. I've played his cabs at a couple of shows/fests, and they are always stellar.

I just paid the down payment on it an hour and a half ago. Petras was really cool about answering all my questions, really quickly too. He also had the best prices of all the quotes I got.

Those look sechshy.

I've been a convert to the delta12a's since skip brought them to my attention. Big fan. There are perhaps better speakers, but not in that price range IMO. I think I have 3 cabs loaded with them now
It's possible they sound even better for bass than guitar, but I guitars, and they don't disappoint me

Need to ask you dudes' opinions.

I won a guitar on eBay last Friday early evening. Got a pretty decent price. Below market, but only just. Paypal'ed him the loot within 2–3 minutes of winning the auction.

Excitement and anticipation means I'm checking the eBay app for a tracking number about 3x per day. Nothing. I decided that yesterday I'd send a friendly message asking what he was planning timing-wise to ship, since I'd like to make arrangements to be home to sign for it. I've heard nothing back. The guy has 32 positive feedback transactions, nothing negative.

Nothing like this has happened to me before on eBay. Even the slowest of shippers will reply to a friendly message.

I'm trying not to be impatient, but I mean c'mon. It's a pretty decent amount of scratch for a mook like myself. What's my next move?

Auction link for reference:

Start raising hell with ebay. I don't have much patience for that kind of crap.

There is a story here, and I wanna know it.

I played doom riffs in an elementary school today, so that was pretty rad. One of the schools I work at has a pretty rad school counselor - he brought in his guitar shit to show the music class, so I brought my SG and board to show him after school. Got to play a mid 70's tele and early 70's doublecut Les Paul special though my board into his DSL 40w combo (which actually wasn't too bad). He tunes to open G, which was a slight bummer, but overall it was a solid fucking day. My SG is in drop C right now, and when dude hit an open chord with the Pharaoh cranked up I thought he was gonna shit a brick
