most places in the states don't have the infrastructure or resources to deal with winter weather like you guys do. when it ices in texas everyone goes fucking crazy lol

I'm from Cleveland and went to college in Vermont so I tend to scoff at the reaction in southern states to weather like this but it happens so infrequently that it just doesn't make sense financially to have a fleet of trucks ready to plow and salt the roads in these situations. And people don't grow up learning how to drive safely/intelligently in the winter. Maybe I shouldn't have called people wusses in my prior post because I get why it's this way.

I'm one of those rare long hair bears hahaha I recently decided to grow it out. I've come to the realization that the funny faces I make when drumming need to be hidden behind a thick layer of hair to save the audience from cringing.

hahaha I don't consider it long hair yet but I'm working on it. It used to be a hell of alot longer.

Yup, actually been playing drums the longest out of all instruments. I stopped for about 3 years due to physical issues but luckily most of the issues have been resolved so I got back behind the kit starting last july. I missed the hell out of it. The only thing that sucks is theres so much more to set up / tear down at gigs....
