So...I'm a complete virgin to the world of synths....but I just bought a Microbrute!! Super excited, and the seller is in the state, so if he ships tomorrow it'll be here by Saturday or Monday!

I assume not, thanks to Aen's vids, but are there any precautions needed if i try running it through pedals?

It will be line level signal so some of your pedals may react differently, or possibly distort if you feed it a super hot signal. Otherwise you should be fine.

Just bought a Korg Poly 800 MK1! It's not here yet, but I can't wait to play cheesy chords with waayyy too much chorus

Keep in mind that it is a paraphonic synth. It has only one filter for the eight voices. I didn't really like the Poly-800.

Pepe, is that what you used on your Boss FT-2 demo?

No, I used a KORG M1 EX, because it has no filter with resonance. In fact I like to use the M1 EX / FT-2 combination live on stage. Sounds good if you have no analog synth at hand all the time.
