Studied at the Univeristy of Oslo. Cool environment, great place to meet likeminded people. I wasn't really that social though, spent my freetime with a couple of close friends being a stoner, watching movies, anime and listening to records. What did you study?

My internal alarm for using the word "I" too much just went off. Anybody else feeling happy on this fine day?

I think most of the Norwegians at Augsburg (my school) were from smaller colleges but I'm not totally sure. I was very similar, my college experience was weirdly fragmented. I had a group of friends where we'd just do the same thing and get stoned and listen to records and I also worked a bunch in our campus activities department and did student groups, even though I hated so many people in those groups. Two different worlds, I enjoyed both.

I studied economics, I plan to do nothing with it for the time being. I just had to stick to it so I'd graduate on time. I'm mostly interested in working in higher education (admissions and student support services) but it's really hard to get in to without a masters.

Today is very good because the only person at work that can see my computer from their desk is gone and I have no immediate tasks :!!!:

Augsburg? It always throws me off when places in the states have the same name as places over here.

Today is great, because we will do the first rehearsal at the new practice spot! Yay! And I also had a good time all around.

 Yeah it's a tiny Lutheran private college in Minneapolis, no similarities to the German city. Being in Minnesota the influence is heavily Scandinavian, there's a big Velkommen Yule celebration every year even with a bunch of 80+ year old Norwegians wearing the best awful sweaters.

Does public access still have that show that is just a bunch of old people dancing around to polka?

Yes, and so many other good shows. Literally the funniest TV I've watched in my life is public access late at night. Anything from burlesque dance performances to an 80 year old couple that just talks about random toys they find.

Oh man, what is the old couple called again? Someone and someones country videos.

The old dude is hilarious. He always makes some joking comment then needs to say it two or three more times. And he has this move where he does the sort of Bill Clinton half thumbs up he spins it around in a circle and then pushes it towards the camera. He does this like 20 times every minute.

I miss Minneapolis public access tv so much. I haven't been in the cities in years but I remember enjoying that shit so much. Philo is probably the best show on there.

Is Freaky Deaky still on the air? That show was just literally a drugged out dance party in front of a green screen.

I believe I saw that. It's kinda random when I watch public access but I should do it more often. The last one I watched was the Richard A. #1 Kalatte Show a couple days ago. Just had a green screen with our local paper announcing that Governor Dayton won the election here. He's a "moderate Republican" who is part of the B.E.E.R. party. Stands for Beer Enabling Eisenhower Republicans. He just rants about politics and idolizes Eisenhower. Then he just randomly said there was going to be a Freddie Mercury tribute and they just aired Freddie performing at a concert.
