If you plan on going on tour let your bank know before you go. I spent almost a week in Florida and my band decided to shut down my account AFTER I had been home and used my debit card to get gas. Took all day getting this shit straight. Anyone who ordered anything from me between the 2nd and now I'm sorry for the delay.

Re: The Doom Room: ILF Edition
The one time they thought someone got my card they did. The dumb part is that they didn't do anything until after I used it at home again.

Exactly. And it was only 10 bucks worth.

Sucks about the van crash.
Cab driving sounds like a rad/interesting/hilarious side job.
I need to check out the new These Mountains are Ghosts, but I'm kinda bummed that I cannot has the vinyl.
Question - has anyone used the UPS store to pack and ship a guitar without a case. I put my Tele on craigslist, and someone from California hit me up and offered to pay whatever the shipping cost was. I don't have a case or even a gig bag for it, so I was thinking I'd go get a quote from the UPS store. If they pack it, they are liable for damage, right?

Yes, and chances are you will get to utilize that service as they are GUARANTEED to FUCK UP the guitar. The only time I ever had to place a claim was on a guitar shipped to me that was packed by an UPS store. They took a large box such as you would pack a guitar CASE in, and threw a very pointy and breakable guitar in there loose with about 100 packing peanuts. I got a full refund and was able to keep the (damaged) guitar, but for fuck's sake.
So if you want your buyer to be really disappointed, go ahead.

Looks like I missed a whole page.
Ultra snazzy.
That sucks dude. Our bank shut our shit down one time in Ohio while we were trying to buy Christmas presents for my wife's family. The person who answered my wife's call probably didn't have a good Christmas...
I really need to pick up a Marsh Chapel at some point.
This is disappointing news. I have someone halfway interested locally, but he's being a bit flaky.

In other news, I started driving a cab a few new guts a week. It's awesome, but tonight is so fucking slow. So boring and I'm not making any money. Might just throw in the towel. I made some extra money doing carpentry today, so I think I can justify quitting early enough to have myself a drink before bar time.
i just noticed that my phone changed what was supposed to say "nights" to new guts. weird.

I have a spare one, shoot me a PM if you're interested. Doesn't have quite the pristine guts of a Dunwich, and no etch, but it will blast some shit.

That was very sad news about that accident.
Condolences to anyone that knew those guys and anyone else affected by that.
Fuzz Throne s looking classy, Nick.
If you have any spare ones lying around feel free to just send me one.
Seriously though, when are the one knob jobs getting out there?
Gonna hit that new Acid King later. That first track they previewed a few weeks back was killer.
