Good one dude. Been trying myself but with little success. I'm thinking of trying hypnosis. I've heard it is quite successful.

Thanks. I've gone that route before and found it to be ineffective. That's not to say it wouldn't work on you. I had to resort to Chantix. And I can honestly say that after the first week, I've had zero cravings. If you quit, you can buy moar fuzz :poke:

With hypnosis I think if you are a true believer it works. If you have any doubt or negativity it doesn't. What the fuck is Chantix? And yeah more fuzz is the plan. :yay:

I imagined this meant just with your mouth and junk.

Think I'm going to try making a music video or two or three for our mini-ep. Watching Adventure Time is pretty inspiring. I think I'll try doing something with stop-motion and construction paper.

I have no artistic skills or experience or knowledge, sooooo wish me luck that I am slightly successful and don't get bored an hour into this project.

Chantix is a receptor blocker.

Two months here. Just sort of bored now, but the extra cash has been great.

Good one Dos. Wonder if we have that here in Oz. I know I need something. Been smoking since 83. I think if I don't do something about it soon it's going to really fuck me up. If it hasn't already.

I should clarify -- I stopped cold turkey. Well, cold turkey spurred on by the flu, but yeah, definitely investigate it if you want to quit.

I started smoking again after a couple of days. Need to quit again soon.

Anyway, got paid today. Have been freelancing a lot lately, but hadn't really thought much about it. Turned out I got a pretty sweet paycheck. So now I've got a Possessed incoming, and just booked a trip to Japan in mid april. Looking forward to going back there, and stoked to hopefully catch Boris and Endon again before I leave.

Feeling myself get better at bass. It's like when I try to think I fuck up, but if I just let everything ride I can feel my ability tightening. it's a weird state of consciousness but it's great to feel something this tangible.

I awoke to this message from a lovely person:

"One more thing before I fall asleep. Thanks for being you. You're a bright star, regardless of how many bright stars there are in the sky right now. You shine VERY bright. It's great to meet a human like you."

This weekend has been the happiest series of days I've had in months.

Went to a great local show last night with a friend who hasn't left his house for quite a while and saw a bunch of our other friends there which was great.

While there I ran in to this girl I'm really into that I went on a date with earlier in the week. I thought I blew it when we went out since i had a really significant anxiety attack and had to sit on the floor at the art gallery for almost an hour to calm down after we ran into some people from my past. I was wrong though, last night she was super understanding and seems to be really into me so we hung out for a couple hours after the show.

Tonight I get to see Viet Cong which I'm quite excited about, she's meeting me there too which is nice.

And yesterday afternoon I hung out with a great musician and close friend and we recorded a long improvised synth piece that we're posting in the next few days.

I love feeling this content

I've put on a fucking CLINIC today. House-Husbandry 101. I'm almost a whole day ahead on my domestic duties.
