Father-in-law told us he wants to move my wife's grandma into an adult living community so she isn't as lonely and offered us her house as a temporary living space, which is awesome for a couple reasons. It gives us a chance to move out and fix up our current house easier so we can sell it, which we need to sell it to have down payment for a new, bigger house (current house is 948 sq ft with 1 kid, 2 adults and 3 small dogs). We also don't have to "rush" to sell the house and we can take our time picking out our "forever" house.

(Get your raisins good and drunk with some dark rum in most sweet baked goods where raisins are called for.,soaking at least many hours but better still overnight I do this for bread pudding, too, and use the rum with condensed milk to make a caramel sauce. My tennis elbow has had me pretty frustrated with not really being able to play guitar or draw as much, but I just picked up the bass I got for Christmas and realized that I can play it with my fingers with 0% pain. I can make some music again!!!!!

Also, my friend Cate gave me a new record player as a thank you for watching her dog for her while she was moving to a new place. I can finally listen to my records again, since my other player has been broken.

Weight loss is going good.
I started last summer in the 225-230 area and, as of today's weigh in, I'm 193. This brings my BMI to 24.8 meaning that I'm officially no longer overweight.
