yeah understanding what makes a sound and deconstructing is so crucial for being able to set up patches KNOWING roughly where you're going to get to (not always but mostly, depending on what you're using e.g. feedback patching is always a bit wacky)

METH. TURTLE. LIFE.
Meth Turtle vs Valium Weasel.

Meth turtle has DEFENCE from its innate Shell Ability and has imbibed the ATTACK power of METH. The chilled out Valium Weasel stands no chance against this onslaught.

pffffft. that's what Chill Wizzle WANTS you to think.
Meth Turtle goes in for a bite, is confused by Valium Wubzles slinky meltiness.
OH NO. WEAZLE DIESEL IS INSIDE THE TURTLE SHELL. HE'S... HE'S EVICTING THE UNPREPARED TERRAPENE. HE'S SEVERED HIS CONNECTIONS AND REHOUUUUUSED HIMMMMMM.
OH. THE. HUMANITY.

I'm almost done moving to a new apartment and I am really looking forward to getting my modular setup again. That new Instruo 4x oscillator looks and sounds incredible, especially to pair with the Harmonaig I already have.
Trying to resist fully jumping down the rabbit hole again but it's very tempting.

Of all people, I'd selfishly love to hear what you could create with only modular.

oh noooooo while you're drooling in the corner, suffering from hallucinations brought on by Meth Turtle's near gangerous bite Vallie Vall Weaselz hocked all your gear and has patched things up with Meth Turbo Turble and started a free trade, all organic, low carbon footprint hand roll fruit sushi delivery service.
you suh. are an agent of CHANGE.

ordered a Vermona Melodicer. i really wanted an OmSonic Stochasitic Finger-Banger, but they're not available for order yet. the multi-outs on the Oms is pimp, but after looking at the Melo i like the closer to One Knob Per Function layout more.
going to run it's outs into the ES-9 so i can route it through MIDI into hardware loots. i don't enjoy euro oscs that much.

I'd love to try that. Maybe for a focused EP. I'm not sure if my modular-fu could carry a full length.

Spent a little more time with QPAS over the last week and have come back around to enjoying it.
Still not finding it to excel for bass-y sounds, but it does sound great for higher register sounds. I've just been running a Mangrove into it and sending the output into Mimeophon. It can do ambient all day long. Just have to be conservative with the resonance.

got the Per4mer (gawd i hate numbers for letters) in, it's super fun interactive goodness. like a focused no patching way to have parts of a Tetrapad in system?
ugh. my bud got his in, there's something wrong with the repeat/glitch button. that's what he (annnnnnnd i would think most anyone that ordered one) was most juicy juiced about.
on Iridium -
