ew, running.

This season's been such a wash I haven't had any inclination to make cursory motions toward staying in shape, which is kind of a bummer, but w/e.

Anyone mind throwing down some free-weight advice? I've lost about about 45+ lbs over the last 10 months. Mostly through running and watching the foods I am eating. Added yoga into the routine a few months ago. Adding in planking and pushups to the morning routing, as well. Overall, in much better shape than a year ago, but I am recognizing some serious softness in the upper body and arms. I'd like to tone the rest of my body, but I really don't have the luxury of time to go to a gym. I have just been adding in exercises as I am able to. Thinking a few reps with free weights might be a good next step. What can I be doing beyond curls?

Autopilot, what kind of shakes you interested in? :)

I've got a good one I haven't had in awhile. It's a cleanser type shake. You'd want to make it in a juicer of some sort.

1 full sized beet
5 carrots
1 apple or pear
a hunk ginger root

(if you're feeling brave and want some good benefits, you can add some radish to it, but it will kill the flavor. LOL)

This feels like your cleaning your blood out and everything. Beet is a great vasodilator and makes me feel amazing.

I just finished up my bulk season. Sigh. I hate it so much. I'm 225 right now and probably 12-15% bodyfat. Before at this weight I was around 20-25%. So progress!

I'm going to start gradually dropping weight. I plan to hit 195 or maybe even 190. It depends on my condition at each weight. Really I just want to be comfortable. Being this heavy regardless of fat to muscle ratios is not fun IMO. It makes my back hurt and joints and it raises my blood pressure. Fuck that.

I am planning one show this year now. I was originally planning 3, but decided I don't want to do it. It's just not worth it. Really I don't even want to do the one, but I'm doing it to advertise what I can do for others and to get a nice trophy. I got jipped the last time. I want a fucking sword.

Woozle once the snow really melts I'm going to hit you up for some advice (with money attached) since this season has been such a fucking wash I'm headed for 18 months of neigh-unbroken sedentary nonsense.

Come at me bro! We offer customized nutrition and exercise plans. I love the company I'm a part of. It changed me, now I'm using it to help change others. Best scenario in my opinion! :) You can PM me here whenever and we'll work something out for sure!

I'm ready to be back to feeling good. Like I said, I HATE bulking. I almost hate the term more than the process. haha. It's ridiculous.

milk is amazing, right? it's like water deluxe. brotein, fats, carbs. somewhat cheap.

chocolate is amazing, but stats aren't.

now, add chocolate to milk and you've got MILK deluxe. brotein, fats, carbs, costs a BIT more but man. it does it all. this isn't subjective.

chocolate milk is objectively crazy good.

Chocolate milk is the best,
but my body hates it

Chocolate milk goes in my body like the US military goes into the Middle east.
It's all pumped up and excited, but it has no good strategy for exit, and it's a friggen mess coming out.

My body can't handle dairy unless i'm in pretty good shape. you're right vidret, chocolate milk is amazing and the nutrients are really dense if you get good milk, I buy the horizon organic low fat milk, it's fucking tasty, kind of pricy but damn worth it.
