Nah man, what you need to do is be very selective about who you choose to pull up.
And then you mentor the fuck out of them.
Break them down to nothing, then build them up to be students to your sensei.
Create a class above the rest that is deserving of your knowledge.

soldering adventures on the mpc 500 tonight. tried to fix a wonky volume knob. ended up fixing it but now the knob does nothing. i think its just on full volume all the time now. so like kinda better than before, but also not really.
