I really need to get that going on at my workplace.
Except I think "easy going, let's all experience personal and professional growth, hey everybody stay positive and follow my good example" me is having absolutely zero effect on my zero fucks given workplace.
Not sure is turning back into "do it, or I may or may not stab you in the fucking eye - let's see what happens" me is just going to cause a bunch of whinging, and achieve even less.
I've run out of positivity but nobody fucking listens to me anyway, and they all quit within months of starting now, so who really cares?
