I've lost 35 pounds since the beginning of the year, I'm down one shirt size and one pant size. :yay: But I'm still kind of flabby, I could stand to lose another 25 pounds or so.

So how is everybody else doing?
Damn. Looks promising. I will try this at home.

I've always wanted to be a high bar squat person but lately... it's just not going great. This video came into my life at the right time. Fuck it. I'm going low bar going forward.

Stan Efferding is just a wealth of knowledge in general. I need to look more into his 'mash' recipes. Jujimufu's channel (and Tom Boyden's, they are a Team) is just fantastic all around.

Keep it up, don't quit and you will get better. The jumping jacks I can keep up with rep for rep, the rest I'm still working on, but I'm better at this than when I started.

I'm trying to work this one in too, every other morning.

Chris should add an 'n' to his last name, because these routines are definitely ballbusters. But fuck it, no pain no gain. :excellent:

Keep at it, don't quit. :thumb:

The Russian twists are one of the few exercises I can do for the whole 45 seconds. It's the flutter kicks that are still kicking my ass. :whoa:

I just saw this viewtopic.php?f=42&t=13241&p=1364265#p1364265, that explains it. Congratulations on kicking its ass, and don't stop kicking!

Been going to the gym consistently the past few months, hit a new PR on bench last week, annnnnnd now my gym is closed because of coronavirus. Gonna try to get really into mobility work and maybe some bodyweight fitness at the neighborhood park. Anyone have a favorite series of YouTube yoga videos or stretching routines or posture kind of stuff?

Sucks about the timing! I have a mobility routine that I like a lot.

forgot how to embed youtube videos.

Other than that, I do a routine of pull-ups, pushups, ab roller, and clamshells, but this is tailored to the glory muscles and injury prevention for all the running and cycling I do. That channel that I linked has lots of great videos. Easily my favorite bodyweight fitness channel.
