i woke up at 5AM from a horrible nightmare in which i was on trial for essentially losing my temper and blowing up on people...i wound up being psychotically terrified and going off on the judge, and woke up just as sentencing was about to take place. i hate my fucking brain, apparently not as much as it hates me. better yet, i only got four hours sleep (on top of THREE hours the night before) and can't possibly get back to sleep. not that i want to; i don't want to go back to that place.

Eek, scary. I really hate when you wake up out of a nightmare and it takes a minute or so to realise it wasn't real, and during that time you're awake and fucking terrified.

Trying to deal with some bank shit right now and they do not make it easy.

i did actually manage to get back to sleep, which is a blessing because i only got three hours' sleep the night before.

now i want to murder peiople on the Gretsch Pages. EVERY TIME there's a thread about an archtop guitar you can be certain someone will bitch if it doesn't have dog-ear P90s and a Bigsby. fucking people and their limited, revivalist pseudo-rockabilly paradigm. and they've never seen a minor variation on a Telecaster that didn't make them all go OOH AAH. i hardly ever bother to visit there any more...my favorite poster there is dying, and without him the place is like a bar where i don't fit in with the clientele.

Money problems.

trying to get it together to pack for moving, but i'm too wonky to give a fuck and REALLY don't want to deal with it. i'm tempted to throw away a whole bunch of shit--clapped out DJ CD decks, my full-size monitor, etc.--just so i don't have to load and unload it.

God I hate UPS. They were 10 miles away when it was in East Boston. I don't live in Norwood. And how exactly are they sending me a postcard when the problem was that they couldn't find my house? Are they using USPS? Because if so, please give them my package, too.

ups is booty. why does ground take a week and cost way more than USPS? which only usually takes a couple days and costs half as much.
