3 day weekend, babies! Gig at a small festival in a marsh tomorrow then mom's retirement party on Saturday.

im playing a show today at my favourite venue with some of my favourite people and im so excited but im so nervous

after my first week back at work in three years. i think i finally have the job i want. it's just so ridiculously easy and fun, i have helpful coworkers, friendly customers, an amazing employee discount, and i literally get to just fix and play guitars all day. i even get to listen to my own tunes through my bench amp's aux in.

Coworker is moving to San Antonio next month. That means I get to take over day shifts and won't have to work overnights. Hurrah!

Will have to work occasionally at 7 am but that's better than working until then.

Been doing good/absent from ilf so update!

Moved in with my fiancee full time, been super awesome to come home to her every day. Gonna ask for a loan next week to get my studio built in the backyard then I can get the rest of my music stuff from her house in there!

Also turns out the dude thats been producing my bands upcoming full length is a huge lightning bolt fan, so im gonna meet up with him next week and jam some loud bassy jams for fun. Looking forward to that!

Finally got all my parts in and wired up my Iceman with Heshers.
My hack job worked, isn't buzzy and I actually got to play guitar for the first time in what may be a year.
Finally got to try my Fuzz Throne.
Finally got to try my Echorec.
Had to get a 9V but tomorrow, I'll finally get to try my Black Country.
And I have a BUZZZ incoming.

Got the kids some games to play today while it's too cold to play outside.
And we are watching Star Wars (episode IV) after having some pizza.

Yesterday I got over my anxiety depression crash and my friend emailed me back about a new job.
