I do not know how hard they are to come by but Effekt Boutique in Germany (https://www.effekt-boutique.de) has Geiger Counter in stock. Might not be very attractive if you're in the US but for a desperate soul it might be a consolation.

How does one lose ALL knob shells? One or two ok but all of them.... this obviously has a story behind it!
