But there's lots of kids in foster care, and historically, they don't do that well.

I wholeheartedly agree that if people would just use proper birth control it wouldn't be the issue that it is. I just feel it should be an option for rape victims, stupid teenagers, or those occasions where birth control might fail (which I'm fully aware is very rare).

I have 2 kids, and I see the worst parents breeding the scummiest children.

I'm all for abortion being legal right up through the 3rd year. By then we'll really know for sure.
