I had that very same thought process recently while apartment hunting. Since most renters look for an income of 3x the rent, so many upstanding citizens have to live in crappy conditions unless they want their relatives to cosign for them. What the fuck is that shit? In other news. I'm getting anxious because I'm going to hang out with a girl I met...but I'm about to move. Granted, it's only about an hour away, but fuck, SERIOUSLY?! Theres some son of a bitch on ebay that keeps canceling his listing because hes not getting the amount he wants for his mellowtone melx2. How much were these new? 40? 50? He has two listed at over $120. Im all for profiting on rare items but if nobodies biting....shit mellowtones arent very sought after except by forumites that know about mellowtone. It just irritates me. I put bids on it on two separate occations and both times he canceled the listing and relisted it. Fuck them.
