Well today my band and I decided we had to kick out our bass player who is also one of my best friends that I've had forever. That blows tons but now he is being a bitch about it so it looks like I might have lost a bro as well as a bass player. Fuuuuuuuuuck

My old back had to kick out our singer
Who was my best friend
Who was dating the girl I had been in love with for a year
Band mates forced me to be the one to tell him as 'it would sound better coming from his best friend'

It was really bad between us for a while
Especially as the girl broke up with him and started dating me

But now we are cool and friends again, im still with the girl and I'm with a band that make me much happier!

 I'm trying to read through his book. It's essentially a book of mathematical economic proofs, and my classmates have a couple of running jokes about this book:

"How many economists does it take to change a lightbulb?"
"None, it is a proof left to the reader"

"How many economists does it take to change a lightbulb?"
"None, it is assumed to have been changed out of convenience."

It's easily the most confusing book there is. Another line that pops up a lot in the book is, "the proof of this is trivial."

Do they offer a proof for said trivialities? Cause I think making that statement without offering the proof is equivalent to a sign saying "WARNING: PSEUDOSCIENCE AHEAD"

No proofs, but this isn't science. Someone was asking the TA about real world applications and the TA said there are none. :wha?:

These proofs are straight up math though, and my homework is doing proofs. So when they throw out a definition or a proposition like, "the slutsky matrix can be simplified to Dp(Dx(p,w)-Dx(p',w'))p<0 The proof of this trivial and follows immediately from Walras Law and the equivalence theorem." If it's trivial it shouldn't be hard to include

Yeah, in an appendix at least. Nice of them to limit the audience to those few who know everything about everything except the topics narrowly addressed in the book.

Life's running a train on me.

Mental health issues have lead to my current place being a temporary spot, so I have to find a new apartment. Again.

At least my friend/for-now-roomate and I are still fine. It's one of those things where I own up to having fucked up, and understand his position, and he's trying to understand what I'm going through. I'm glad that I have good friends through all this at the least.

Shit's not easy right now, though.

It's probably time to cut some people out of my life.

I was crazy depressed yesterday but now I'm shocked at how little I give a shit.

Things are bad. Everything is worse than a few days ago. I'm on the verge if giving up.

I keep fantasizing about being hit by traffic.

Fuck, I never would have suspected that it would be taking me this long to sell a Rockerverb 50.

I'm glad that I'm not relying on selling to pay bills.
