Gawd everytime I watch this movie I am amazed by how good it is, both visuals and narrative are astounding.

It is fantastic! The sets are incredible beautiful but also haunting even without thinking about how toxic everything in the set is. Gotta set some time aside to watch Andrei Rublev again too, another amazing Tarkovsky

Heritage minutes (for those outside Canada) are commercial-length stories about noteworthy people or historical events. Once upon a time, they'd be shoved in as filler between tv shows.
