Make sure you do it on your cheek so you can see if it's any good in the mirror.

The resurrection of my old band is finally getting somewhere. We just found a practice space, moving all our gear in on Jan 2. Now we just need to find a drummer.

i just finished wrapping all the presents for the family.
don't have a relationship with my parents, just my brother, and we're not exchanging gifts this year so i only bought for the wife and wee one.
honestly, i'm always waiting for the big explosion to come from my mom (shout out to all ov you who deal with this shit) -- but it's a total relief this year to be staying home and not stressing over my family's craziness. while some things linger the overwhelming elation i'm feeling over this has me feeling good.

so good to be out of work that i'm not mad i spilled a beer. been chatting with space and angle and invisible man and listening to christmas music and idgaf about it. no work for two days. just relaxing.

and work was great the last two days despite our busy environs.

fuzz breauxs.

My mom came home from the hospital earlier. She had to go back a week ago and they ended up doing brain surgery, drilled holes in her skull to drain blood, etc. She fell and hit her head really bad a few weeks ago and then didn't want to go to the hospital the first time, much less the 2nd. It was apparently much more serious than she was letting on. But she is now recovering at home so that is good.

The novelty of it is so rad and is plenty serviceable drinking from, but your standard Whisky Dram glass is way less heavy and cumbersome.

Went out, bought the proper equipment and installed my first pickup in my strat today. Went great and sounds spectacular. Feels like theres so many possibilities now. Gonna nab some pedal kits and give that a try next payday.

Im so fucking excited. Reeeeee

Such a great feeling isn't it! Did you pick up a soldering station or just an Iron?
