Jeph Jaques plays a Creston a lot for Deathmole recordings, and had great things to say about them. He played a PRS McCarty previous to it, so I'd imagine they're hardly awful.

I'm not sure about much other offset stuff, but if you've got some money to throw around, Warmoth can also do you some niceness.

That's where I heard about them in the first place, he seems to absolutely love his and the dude has quite a lot of guitars.

i played on at killer vintage in st louis and it was like.... way shitty. i really wanted to like it but the neck just felt... sharp? dude can probably put a guitar together but somebody fucked that one up.

that said, I've been dreaming about a legion of rebuilt, upgraded Telecaster Deluxes and maybe a Super Reverb,
so the Creston probably won't happen.
